To access the villa there is a path which is 107cm along with 4 steps. The front door has a width of 85cm. The outside is an open tiled terrace which is flat. The pool itself has ladder access. When entering the villa, there is a 3cm lip through the front door. Inside the villa, the widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 73cm wide and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is also 73cm wide. There are 16 steps to the first floor, where the bedroom door has a width of 70cm, and the bathroom door has a width of 60cm.
