Villa Alegria Azul is a stylish and spacious 3-bedroom property located in the popular Puerto Calero Marina.

Enter into the hallway lay eyes of the light-filled living area which overlooks the pool terrace and gardens. The lounge has a comfortable sofa and armchair surrounding the Satellite Smart TV which is ideal for quiet nights in. From here, the doors at the side of the villa lead to the open/close terrace and dining area complete with kitchen space and a large dining table. Continuing inside, at the other end of the open-plan living space is the bright kitchen with a breakfast bar. In the bedrooms, you'll be able to stay cool and comfortable with the spacious and well-decorated spaces on offer as each bedroom has air conditioning and fitted storage space

Arguably the most captivating feature of this property is the outdoor area, it really packs a punch with the 'wow-factor'. The fully enclosed garden has plenty of space to sunbathe surrounding the pool. But, if you prefer to hide away from the sun, the covered terrace and gazebo engulfed with beautiful tropical plants offer fantastic seating spots. There are steps access* to the roof terrace which offers incredible views of the sea and surrounding landscape.

Alegria Azul sits in a cul-de-sac within a few minutes walk to the popular marina which offers an array of restaurants, bars, designer boutiques, and also the local weekly market. There is access to a small pebble beach just 1km away however for the main Puerto del Carmen beaches it'll be a short journey by car.
