This cosy whitewashed property has an enclosed terracotta terrace and a private heated* pool, dotted with sun loungers and boasting alfresco dining. There's even a portable BBQ for alfresco cooking and a chill-out spot for sunbathing at the back of the property. Inside, you'll find all rooms on the one level. The living room and kitchen are open-plan, creating an ideal space for socialising. There's also three bedrooms in total, a master double with an ensuite, and a further double and twin room, all with complimentary air conditioning. As a bonus, this property comes with complimentary pool towels and pool heating included from November - April.

A short walk from the villa you’ll find the front line, Matagorda shopping centre, here you’ll find a large selection of restaurants a perfect location to enjoy lunch or evening meals with family and friends whilst enjoying the amazing sea views. To access the villa there is a path which is 97cm wide and 1 step to the front door which is 86cm wide. The lounge door is 106cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is also 106cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 130cm wide, the path to the pool is 210cm wide. There is one step down from the patio area to the poolside. The rest of the terrace is tiled and flat. The pool has step access. This is a ground-floor property.
