The pool terrace is definitely the place to be, as fabric button-back sofas shaded under a modern pergola boasts magnificent mountain views, an ideal spot for a morning coffee or relaxing in the shade with the company of a good book. For alfresco dining, there's a covered terrace and modern seating as well as a BBQ and bar area on the lower terrace. Beautifully designed, the volcanic-inspired garden boasts exotic plants and a hot tub* for that extra something special.

Sliding patio doors lead from the terrace to the cosy living room, neutral in colour this bright and airy room comes complete with a smart TV for your entertainment. Continue through and you'll come the kitchen, designed to mimic a traditional barn conversion, this beautiful room with vaulted beamed ceilings is ideal for cooking up a feast for friends and family. A few steps lead you to the dining area, complete with a patterned sofa and a small conservatory viewpoint. There are four bedrooms in total, one master bedroom with an ensuite and a further three bedrooms, all sharing separate walk-in shower rooms.

In less than a 15-minute walk, you can find yourself in the very heart of Puerto del Carmen, filled with bustling bars, local restaurants and an impressive shopping scene.
