To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide alongside 11 steps. The front door has a width of 76cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 100cm wide. The path to the pool area is 100cm wide with a step down to the pool area, the terrace is uneven. The pool is gated, and surrounded by slightly raised tiles. The pool has ladder access. This is a ground-floor property. The twin bedroom door is 70cm wide, whilst the separate shower room has a door width of 71cm.
