To access the villa there is a path which is 80cm wide, leading to 9 steps to the front door, the front door is 80cm wide. The lounge door is 78cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 78cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 110cm wide, the path to the pool is 110cm wide. The outside grounds are flat and on one level, the ground is tiled and there is an area which has artificial grass. The pool has steps, there is no handrail.
