The terrace also benefits from a brick-built BBQ, ideal for grilling up some culinary delights for friends and family. Located next door to Tiffany 14, these two villas can be booked together to accommodate up to twelve guests.

Inside, the villa is lovingly decorated, offering a cool and neutral colour scheme, soft furnishings, and a fully equipped kitchen. To access the villa there is a path which is 230cm wide alongside 3 steps. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 103cm wide. Outside, there are 2 steps leading to the seating area and 2 steps to the BBQ area. The rest of the terrace is flat and tiled. This is a ground-floor property. Inside, there are 2 steps from the kitchen to the lounge area. All bedrooms have a door width of 70cm, whilst the shower room door is 60cm wide.
