To access the villa there is a path which is 170cm wide along with 1 step. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 117cm wide. The outside is accessed via 1 single step whilst beyond this the area is open, flat and tiled. The pool itself has step access. This is a ground-floor property. The double bedroom on the ground floor has a door width of 84cm, whilst the bathroom has a door width of 63cm.
