You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

Seeing is believing at Casa Martina! This stunning villa has been recently renovated and is a sight to see. This property is bursting with contemporary style, with splashes of bohemian touches, white-washed walls, and natural sunlight beaming through.
The house is split into two, a ground-floor annex and a first-floor annex, both with their own kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, and bathrooms. There's no internal access from one to the other, making it ideal for friends and family who want their own space whilst holidaying together. The ground-floor annex has direct access to the pool area, whilst the first floor offers a gorgeous balcony, offering distant sea views, garden sofas, and alfresco dining. This overlooks the pool terrace and is a great spot for a morning coffee or afternoon reading.
Located a short walk away you'll find a small convenience store and a small selection of bars and grills to choose from. Located on a slight gradient between the volcanoes of Tenerife, Chayofa is an in-land resort, offering amazing sea views across the Atlantic Ocean. For a busier atmosphere, Coste Adeje and Playa de las Americas are a short drive away, with their array of international cuisines, beaches, and famous water park.

The poolside is flat and tiled, whilst the pool has steps access. There are 15 external steps from the ground floor annex and pool area, to the first floor annex. The ground floor twin bedroom has a door width of 67cm, whilst the shower room door is 60cm wide. Up on the first floor, the widest bedroom door is 70cm wide, whilst the shower room door is also 70cm wide.
