You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

Located within the in-land resort of Chayofa with a small selection of convenience stores and tapas grills, this villa is ideal for those looking for ultimate relaxation. Boasting magnificent Atlantic Ocean sea views, this villa is a must-see. Enjoy a morning coffee or afternoon vino as you catch the boats sailing along the horizon. The poolside faces these gorgeous views, whilst the back of the terrace offers a secluded BBQ area for afternoon lunches or evening feasts.
You enter the property grounds via an external staircase, taking you from the road below to the entrance of the property. The ground floor is where we find the modern kitchen, fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances you'd expect on a self-catering holiday. There's also a living room with a cosy sofa, smart TV, and a reading area with a selection of books to choose from. The first floor hosts all three bedrooms, one master bedroom with an impressive shower ensuite, and a further two rooms with access to a separate shower room. All bedrooms are air-conditioned to keep you cool on those warm summer nights.
For a change of scenery, Costa Adeje and Playa de las Americas are a short drive away, where you'll find an array of bars, restaurants, shops, beaches, and the famous water park.

To access the villa there is a path which is 97cm wide alongside an external staircase of 17 steps. The front door has a width of 87cm. The terrace is open and flat with artificial grass. The pool itself has step access. There are no bedrooms on the ground floor, all three bedrooms are on the first floor. There are 17 steps to the first floor, where the widest bedroom door is 60cm, and the shower room door also has a width of 60cm.
