You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Situated in the village of Chayofa, and only 50 meters from The Tenerife Tennis Acadamy, you'll find an array of local restaurants and supermarkets all within walking distance. The airport is a short 20-minute car ride away, whilst the excitement of the famous Siam Water Park is a 10-minute drive away.

The impressive outdoor terrace with its glistening azure blue heated* swimming pool offers the ideal environment to relax and enjoy the year-round Canarian sunshine. Great for alfresco dining with its large built-in barbeque for those warm summer evenings with family and friends.

The idyllic Villa Pandora is complete with all modern appliances, WiFi, TV with English channels, Bluetooth speaker, fully equipped kitchen with electric induction hob, fan assisted Oven, microwave and dishwasher. The double bedroom on the ground floor has a door width of 70cm, whilst the shower room door is also 70cm wide. There are 15 steps to the first floor where the door into the single room has a width of 70cm, whilst the bathroom also has a door width of 70cm.
