You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Solmar Villas are pleased to advertise these absolutely stunning villas. Sat on the edge of Costa Adeje in the resort of La Caleta, these beautiful villas have everything to offer. Sat overlooking a luscious golf course and nestled within a popular hotel complex, they'll be plenty for you to do on your holiday in the sun. Each villa comes with its own private heated pool* and alfresco dining facilities. Take a dip in the pool or enjoy a spot of lunch on the open terrace. Imagine, a glass of vino in hand and a selection of tapas on the table, the sun is shining and you're planning your evening ahead. What could be better? The added extra? These villas also come with complimentary pool towels.

On entering these villas you'll notice that downstairs is an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. Ideal for socialising as you prepare your evening meal. The comfortable sofa sits adjacent to large patio doors that take you to the terracota-tiled covered terrace and garden area. The ground floor is also home to two twin bedrooms that share a separate shower room. Upstairs, on the first floor, we find the third and master bedroom with twin beds, a balcony and an ensuite bathroom. All bedrooms can be made up as either twin or king-size beds upon request.

These impressive villas are close to all the amenities and within a 15-minute walk to La Caleta's black pebbled beach. If you wanted to venture a little further, the bustling resort of Coast Adeje is just a short 10-minute drive away.
