You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

Villa Agustina is the perfect choice for those not wanting to drive on holiday, located in the Fanabe area of Costa Adeje, Villa Agustina is a delightful three bedroom villa close to amenities.

Set over two levels; the property comprises of a lounge with patio doors leading out to a pergola with dining facilities. Also on the ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen, a twin bedroom and a shower room. Stairs lead up to the first floor where a twin bedroom and double bedroom share a bathroom. The lounge and all bedrooms come equipped with air-conditioning and WiFi is available.

Outside is where you will be spending most of your time, enjoying the kidney shaped swimming pool that is set to the corner of the villa. A brick BBQ and covered pergola with dining facilities are at your disposal to dine alfresco under the Canarian stars.

For your convenience, Gran Sur shopping centre, with a large supermarket, is only a few minutes’ walk away and Fanabe beach can be reached within 20 minutes’ downhill walk or a 5 minute drive.

The door to the lounge is 110cm wide.
