You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Villa Zen Overview
Once you stay at Villa Zen, you'll never want to leave. Located within the very heart of Costa Adeje, you'll find it hard to imagine you're so close to the amenities whilst chilling poolside. A stone's throw from seafront eateries, shops, and bars, you won't need a car when holidaying at Villa Zen. Alternatively, if you do choose to hire a car, and explore your surroundings, there's a garage on the lower ground floor of the property for convenient private parking.
The property is cleverly designed on three floors, with a small lift off each hallway giving you access to all levels. On the top floor you'll find the master bedroom with its king-size bed, smart TV, ensuite, and magnificent balcony terrace. This first-floor space is the ideal sun trap, with sun loungers, a comfy garden sofa, and a cosy exterior day bed for a spot of afternoon reading or sunbathing.
The ground floor is where we find most of the rooms, with an inviting living room, bright and airy with floor-to-ceiling windows and doors, a fully equipped kitchen, two washrooms, and two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have access to a separate sun terrace, with sun loungers, garden sofas, and artificial grass. Off the lounge, you'll find the main poolside terrace, with its shaded area and 10x4m pool which can be heated* at an additional charge.
The lower ground floor is where you could spend your movie nights in, with a cosy chill-out area, smart TV, and pool table for some healthy competition. You'll also find the largest of the bedrooms on this floor, with plenty of wardrobe space and a separate bathroom.
