Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

The townhouse features 3 bedrooms, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning/heating in the lounge and bedrooms for added comfort. No need for a rental car as everything you need is within walking distance, including the popular playa Calahonda and a variety of tapas bars, restaurants, and shops in central Nerja. To make parking easier, we recommend arriving by taxi. If you wish to explore other Andalusian cities, you can easily access public transport from the nearby bus station or join a guided tour.

Behind the traditional Spanish townhouse facade, you'll find spacious accommodation. The front door opens into a classic styled lounge/dining area, and a relaxing terrace with a brick BBQ and outdoor dining area overlooks the private swimming pool. The upper floor offers a roof terrace for sunbathing and relaxation. The ground floor features a comfortable seating area with a flat screen TV and satellite channels, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. Patio doors open onto a small raised terrace with access to the private swimming pool. There is also a shower room on this floor. The bedrooms are located on the first floor, including a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a seating area overlooking the pool. Additionally, there are two twin bedrooms that share a spacious bathroom with a corner bath.

This villa boasts an inviting living space on the lower level, complete with charming beamed ceilings and a striking feature fireplace. The area also includes a second dining table and chairs, as well as a convenient breakfast bar with stools and a kitchenette area. Perfect for hosting gatherings, this space is sure to impress your guests. Additionally, a WC is conveniently located on the lower level for added convenience.
