You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

The area of the resort where this villa is located is quite mountainous and there are many steep hills. To access the villa the path is 240cm wide with 2 steps up to the villa. The front door has a width of 80cm, other access doors are 87cm wide. The path from the villa to the pool area is 170cm wide and there are 11 steps down to reach the pool level. The pool itself has steps and the surrounding area is flat. Inside the villa, the bedroom with the widest access measures 70cm and the bathroom with the widest access measures 60cm.
