You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Situated in the Capistrano Playa area of Nerja, above the famous Burriana Beach, this beautiful and recently built property commands the same spectacular sea views as its sister houses, Dos Ardillas, Azalea and Las Brisas. Burriana beach with its array of bars and restaurants is only a 9 minute walk away,

The property is entered via a few steps to an entrance hall. From here a short flight of stairs lead up to the top floor where there is a cloakroom/toilet, large lounge/diner and fully fitted kitchen. The lounge is equipped with Sat TV, DVD Player, CD player and free WIFI. Patio doors lead on to a large terrace with wonderful sea and coastline views.

Furnishings throughout are of a very good standard in a contemporary style. From the lounge/dining area a staircase leads up to a roof terrace from which there are stunning panoramic views.

Downstairs from the entrance hall there are 3 bedrooms, 2 twins which share a full bathroom and a large double bedroom with en-suite facilities. From the double bedroom patio doors open on to the pool and its terrace area. All bedrooms have reversible air-conditioning units providing heat/cooling as required.

The property benefits from a private parking space.

Nerja really does offer something for everyone – whether wandering around the typically Spanish streets of whitewashed houses and the famous Balcón de Europa, shopping in the lively commercial area, enjoying the many water sports available at one of our amazing beaches or making the most of free tapas still served with drinks in most bars – you’ll never be bored!

Move further afield and you have a great offering of world-class golf courses all along the Costa del Sol as well as some fantastic cities including Malaga, Granada, Cordoba and Seville.
