You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

Villa Flamingo Overview
Situated only a 5-minute walk away from the heart of Nerja in a quiet area, close to the Parador Hotel and a short walk to the famous Burriana Beach, Villa Flamingo is furnished to a high standard and offers the perfect accommodation for groups of friends, couples and families alike.
On entering the villa, the ground floor offers a spacious lounge and dining area with ceiling fan, w.c. and a fully fitted kitchen with granite work tops, dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge freezer and microwave. Two patio doors lead onto a covered terrace with table and chairs, ideal for dining "al fresco" from which a couple of steps lead down to the pool and garden area. The generous sized pool is surrounded by a lawned area. Upstairs on the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 twin rooms which share a full bathroom and a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The double and one of the twin rooms share a terrace with pool/garden views. From the ground floor, hallway stairs lead down to a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobe and a modern en-suite shower room.
Other facilities include a safe, free wifi and Satellite TV with international channels.
Nerja remains an unspoilt gem of the Costa del Sol and caters for all ages. If you love to just wonder aimlessly, you will enjoy losing yourself amongst the enchanting white washed streets aligned with beautiful smelling plants. Balcon de Europa is a magnificent view point form the centre of Nerja and a great people watching spot. Many water sports are available at one of our amazing beaches and you can still make the most of free tapas still served with drinks in most bars – Bliss!

The terrain surrounding this villa is fairly flat. To access the villa the path is 130cm wide with 6 steps to the front door which has a width of 80cm, other access doors are also 80cm wide. The path from the villa to the pool area is 200cm wide and there are 3 steps to get from the villa to the pool level. The pool itself has ladder access only. Inside the villa, there are no ground-floor bedrooms and lots of small steps throughout the villa. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 100cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 170cm wide.
