You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

This villa is in a hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 260cm wide alongside 4 steps. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace area is also 80cm wide. The terrace is tiled and features a number of steps leading to the pool area. This can be seen from the images. The pool itself has ladder access, whilst there's a small lip around the pool. This is a ground-floor property, where the door leading into the kitchen/lounge is 80cm wide.
