You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

Villa Gloria has been carefully selected due to its fantastic central location and for it being within walking distance of restaurants, shops, supermarkets and the beautiful Burriana Beach. Offering a different type of layout, the villa is built over three levels. On the ground floor, there is a modern kitchen, comfortable living area, WC, patio and a utility room with a washing machine. Stairs lead to the first floor where you will have a double bedroom, a pull-out twin bedroom and two single bedrooms, a family bathroom and a shower room. The living area and all bedrooms have much welcomed central air-conditioning and Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa. Stairs lead to the second floor with a second kitchen which serves the terraces and pool area. This is the perfect place to chill out on the loungers with a cool drink whilst dipping in and out of the water all day to refresh from the sunshine.

To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 77cm. The area around the pool is flat, and the path around the pool is 95cm wide. The pool has steps with no handrails. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor, There are 16 steps leading to the first floor, the bedroom doors are 70cm wide and the bathroom doors are 70cm.
