You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Located in the Parador area of Nerja and just a short walk to Burriana Beach, you can reach almost anywhere on foot from Villa Kaisaras! Local bars, restaurants and shops are all within walking distance, while Nerja town centre is just a 5-minute stroll away.

This authentic, Andalusian style house has 3 bedrooms, a private pool and a large terrace area with barbecue and sun-loungers for sunbathing next to the pool. The house is built over 3 floors and is very spacious. On the ground floor leading off from the entrance hall there is a fully fitted kitchen, cloakroom and a lounge/dining room, where patio doors lead out to a covered terrace along with the pool area, the perfect place for enjoying your lunch/dinner al fresco. Upstairs is a large double master bedroom, from which there is a large south facing balcony overlooking the pool area, with en-suite shower room, 1 large twin bedroom and a full bathroom. On the second floor is a further twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom..
The house also includes a parking place for one car in the driveway.

Nerja really does offer something for everyone – whether wandering around the typically Spanish streets of whitewashed houses and the famous Balcón de Europa, shopping in the lively commercial area, enjoying the many water sports available at one of our amazing beaches or making the most of free tapas still served with drinks in most bars – you’ll never be bored!

Further afield lies the beautiful cities of Malaga and Granada as well as the stunning Sierra Nevada.
