You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

Villa Lorena is a wonderful and stylishly furnished villa perched on the hillside above the popular and attractive coastal town of Nerja, boasting tremendous views across the town and out to the azure Mediterranean Sea. Inside, the luxurious interiors are tailor made for comfortable living, with chunky sofas and hand crafted furniture making Villa Lorena the perfect choice for anyone seeking a comfortable home-from-home holiday base. The exteriors are similar in many ways to the interiors; in that they are immaculately cared for by the proud owners and the careful attention to detail is clearly evident, the views from the pool terrace and al fresco dining areas are simply stunning. The location is just as impressive as the views and the villa itself, with Nerja a twenty minute stroll away, where an eclectic array of restaurants, café bars and boutique shops await as well as some fabulous sandy beaches.

To access the villa there is a path which is 118cm wide along with 5 steps to the villa itself. The front door has a width of 103cm and other doors that access the pool area is the kitchen door which is 70cm wide and the dining room door which is 90cm wide. The grounds are completely flat, but in the entrance before the main door there are 2 steps (approximately 10cm for each one) and the pool has roman steps to enter. There are 4 steps to arrive to the pool area. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 70cm wide which is the double room and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 60cm wide which is the shower room next to the double room. The door into the kitchen/dining room is 70cm wide and the door into the lounge is 120cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
