You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

Set in large, private, mature lawned gardens with fantastic views out to the sparkling sea and the picture postcard town of Nerja below, Villa Siansa boasts one of the most privileged locations in Nerja. South facing, with a panoramic vista, an easy drive of less than one hour from the airport and within walking distance to resort facilities, in other words, the owners have pretty much got the setting just right. The pretty village of Nerja with its selection of restaurants and shops is only a 25 minute walk away, while the wide sandy Burriana beach can be reached in 5 minutes by car. Framed by lovely mature gardens and sprinkled with loungers, the pool area is an idyllic and luxurious spot to unwind or rustle up a barbecue. The high levels of comfort and quality are even more abundant as you step inside where you’ll find a fabulously contemporary and airy open plan space on the ground floor, where no expense has been spared in providing a truly superb family Villa.
Right next door to Villa Siansa you will find Villa Pastora – perfect for big groups who wish to have privacy, but still be close to each other.

To access the villa there is a path which is 400cm wide along with 7 steps up to the villa itself. The front door has a width of 82cm. The pool has roman steps to enter and the grounds are flat and there is ramp access from outside to the pool area. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor, the nearest is up 16 steps to the first floor.
