You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

Villa Verania Overview
Contemporary design and fixtures and fittings provide a holiday home of high quality here at Villa Verania. The villa has private access from the road with parking for one vehicle within the grounds. From the parking area 5-6 steps lead up to the entrance. To one side of the entrance hall is a twin bedroom and separate shower room with toilet and wash basin and to the other side one enters into the open plan living room/diner and kitchen area. The kitchen is of a modern design and fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer. The villa has free Wifi throughout. From the lounge/diner area are sliding patio doors leading out onto a covered terrace equipped with patio furniture for dining and relaxing "al fresco". From here further terraces surround the private pool where there are lounge chairs for soaking up the sun. Stairs lead up from the entrance hall to the 1st floor where there is a further twin bedroom with separate shower room and the master bedroom.
As we know, location is everything and Villa Verania is less than a10 minute walk to the sea of the famous Burriana Beach, Carabeo Beach as well as only a 5 minute walk to the centre of Nerja.
Nerja is a beautiful, typical Andalusian town with white washed streets, a lively shopping area and includes the famous stunning viewpoint ‘Balcon de Europa’
The local caves – Cueva de Nerja – and the neighbouring hillside “Pueblo Blanco”, Frigiliana, are incredible must-sees during your stay. Not forgetting that the Costa del Sol is famous for its grand offering of golf courses should that take your fancy.

The terrain surrounding this villa is fairly flat but has a slight hill. To access the villa the path is 290cm wide with 2 steps to the front door which has a width of 86cm, other access doors are also 131cm wide. The path from the villa to the pool area is 354cm wide and there are no steps but a slight ramp to get from the villa to the pool level. The pool itself has ladder access only. Inside the villa, there is one bedroom on the ground floor and the door is 74cm wide, the ground-floor bathroom door is 63cm wide. The kitchen/dining room door is 99cm wide and the lounge door is 111cm wide. To reach the first floor there are 17 steps.
