Located very conveniently to Calpe, Villa Diego is a delightful four-bedroom, three-bathroom detached property offering amazing sea views.

The ground floor offers a comfortable living room with access to a large covered terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, two twin bedrooms, a bathroom, and a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Stairs lead up to the master bedroom with a small living area, private terrace, and bathroom ensuite.

Outside the pool is generously proportioned and private, with a convenient poolside shower, perfect for long, lazy days of swimming and soaking up the sun.

The front door has a width of 80cm and the other doors that access the pool area are 80cm wide. The villa grounds are uneven. The ground floor bedrooms have a door width of 74cm and both of the bathrooms have a door width of 67cm. There are 16 steps to the first floor. The bedroom and bathroom on the first floor have a door width of 68cm. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 68cm wide.
