You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Villa Andres is a charming four-bedroom detached property in an elevated position in an urbanisation on the outskirts of Calpe and is ideal for families or groups of friends. Designed over two levels, on the ground floor is a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area with dining option, and a dining room with patio doors. Also on this level is a double bedroom with a shower room ensuite, and two twin bedrooms that share a bathroom. External stairs lead down to the lower ground floor to a twin bedroom with an ensuite shower room and air conditioning. Outside the pool is generously proportioned and private, with a convenient poolside shower, perfect for long, lazy days of swimming and soaking up the sun. For those wanting to explore further, the busy resort of Calpe with its sandy beaches is just a short drive away.
