You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Located in the delightful area of Benicolada, all amenities, the town, and Calpe’s main Arenal-Bol beach are all nearby. All rooms are located on the first-floor level, this spacious four-bedroom, two-bathroom villa has been furnished to a modern standard, and air-conditioning is included in the lounge and all the bedrooms and WiFi is available throughout the villa.

Outside there is plenty of space around your Roman-style swimming pool sunbathing. The covered BBQ area is ideal for retreating during the hottest parts of the day to dine alfresco. Table tennis is also available for everyone’s enjoyment. Villa Colada is in a great location for those who prefer not to drive as there are an array of shops, restaurants and beach are all nearby.

Paths from the villa to the pool are 90cm wide with 2 steps. The grounds are flat with the occasional step around the property. The garden is tiled with artificial grass. The pool has roman steps to enter. The door into the widest bedroom on the ground floor is 64cm wide and the door into the widest bath/shower room on the ground floor is also 64cm wide. The door into the kitchen is 68cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 75cm wide. The garden has a covered BBQ area which has 1 step up to look over the pool.
