This villa is in a hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 80cm wide. The front door has a width of 64cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 71cm wide. The villa is located on a hillside. There is a slight incline to the front door. The pool and main entrance are situated on a higher level (ground floor), however, the pool can be accessed externally from the front entrance by walking around the side of the property, following the incline. The terrace is mostly flat and tiled, with a slight lip down from the covered terrace area. The bedroom and shower room on the ground floor have a door width of 70cm. The door into the kitchen/lounge is 88cm wide.
