You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Head up the steps and indoors to the welcoming lounge area where comfortable seating invites you to unwind after a long day with a cooling drink in hand. A large kitchen space with further dining facilities and even a TV is ideal for large families or groups travelling together. All four bedrooms benefit from air conditioning as well as the dining area in the lounge.
Local attractions include hiking up Penon de Ifach, seen from miles around and even from Ricardo’s balconies. Or, visit the popular Platja da la Fossa, a stunning sandy beach with the iconic Calpe sign – perfect for snapping holiday memories!

To access the villa there is a path which is 130cm wide, leading to 14 steps to the front door, the front door is 80cm wide. There is also a ramp to access the front door, however it is fairly steep. The lounge door is 130cm wide and the the kitchen/dining room door is 70cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door that is 75cm wide, all exiting doors from the villa to the outside grounds have multiple steps. The area around the pool is flat. The pool has steps. The ground floor bedroom and bathroom doors are 70cm wide. There are 16 steps leading to the first floor level.
