Upon entering the premises through the secure automatic gates, you will be greeted by a spacious, flat, open parking area. The main entrance from the parking area leads to the open front porch (Naya) with seating, surrounded by a private Oleander hedge. The main front door from the Naya opens into a beautifully decorated hallway/cloakroom area. Next, you will discover the bright and airy open plan contemporary living room with ample seating, coffee tables, and a 75-inch LG flat screen, smart TV, the floor to ceiling sliding doors allow the room to fill with natural light, giving a lovely summery vibe. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The dining area and kitchen/breakfast bar are seamlessly integrated with the lounge. The fully equipped kitchen features a breakfast bar, two ovens, a microwave, a large fridge/freezer with a water and ice dispenser, and a gas hob for preparing delicious meals. All these spaces lead out to the swimming pool through sliding doors, while the large windows in the lounge provide a stunning view of the sea. Moving back to the entrance hall, you will find a washing machine and 2 ensuite bedrooms on the ground floor. The first floor, is where four additional bedrooms are located. Three of these bedrooms have ensuite shower rooms, all with walk in, double showers while one has its own separate bathroom. The master suite boasts a balcony with a view of the sea. All bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning and ceiling fans. The villa is car optional, however if you choose to hire a car, why not visit the old town of Javea where you can wander down ancient narrow streets, built with original sandstone, or find the gothic fortified church of San Bartolome.
