You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Located in the area of Ermita, Villa Cristina Javea is ideal for those seeking a golf-filled holiday. Located less than a 5-minute drive to La Stella Golf, this villa is a must-see who those looking to play a few rounds whilst soaking up the sun amongst friends and family. For those who prefer to explore the backstreets of the local towns, then head to Xabia where you can enjoy sangria-fueled tapas lunches amongst the medieval architecture. For homemade lunches back at the villa, then Cristina is a great choice, with a BBQ and cosy rattan furniture for light lunches alfresco. The large 10m heated* pool with meandering tiles is great for swimming a few lengths or splashing around with the kids.

Inside, Villa Cristina is split over two levels. As you enter the property you'll be greeted by terracotta tiles, beamed ceilings and stone archways, a traditional feature in Spanish properties. There's a dining room and cosy sitting area to your right, which leads onto the comfortable living room with white-washed walls and soft furnishings. There's a shabby chic kitchen, with pastel blue cupboards and a small dining table overlooking the terrace. There's a double bedroom and separate shower room on the ground floor, whilst a further four bedrooms are on the first floor. The master bedroom has its own balcony terrace and ensuite bathroom with a relaxing whirlpool bathtub and shower.
