You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Villa Lluca Overview
This exceptional two-story villa is located in the peaceful and prestigious La Lluca residential area in Javea. The property has been built and furnished to the highest standards, creating a sense of spaciousness and brightness.
Enter the villa through electronically controlled gates, ensuring complete privacy within the enclosed grounds. The villa features ample parking, a carport, and a large garden predominantly comprised of lush lawn, various paved and patio areas, as well as the centre piece of the villa, an inviting 10 x 5m swimming pool with roman steps, surrounded by sunbeds. A generously sized covered terrace offers shade and comfort, ideal for al fresco dining with a built-in barbecue. The property also includes an outdoor toilet and pool shower.
Upon entering the villa, a spacious hallway leads to a guest bathroom and a beautifully furnished lounge/dining room overlooking the garden and pool. The sizable kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, and dishwasher, while the washing machine is located in the adjoining utility room. The entrance hall provides access to three of the four bedrooms, two of which are spacious twins with en-suite bathrooms, while the third is a large double room with full en-suite facilities. A wide staircase from the hall leads to a beautifully furnished master bedroom with a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom. This level also accommodates an office space.
The town of Javea, with its shops and market, is less than a ten-minute drive away, while the blue-flagged Arenal beach, with its shops, bars, and restaurants, is also within a convenient ten-minute drive.
Additionally, the golf course and several restaurants are just a few minutes away.
