You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

With splashes of colour, this villa is warming and comfortable, and fully equipped making your self-catering getaway as simple as possible. With a of choice of both indoor and outdoor dining, you'll be able to wine and dine no matter the weather.

Outside, you'll find a practical outdoor kitchen area for your tapas lunches and family feasts, all grilled up on the gas BBQ. Enjoy making memories with family and friends as you sit back and relax with a cocktail or two on your much needed getaway. The large pool at 6x12m takes centre stage, with its sweeping Roman steps and mosaic dolphin for that added elegance. This gorgeous pool is great for lazy days poolside, splashing around with the kids, or swimming a few lengths under the midday sun. With an enclosed garden and evergreen lawn, they'll be plenty of space for the kids to let off steam as you sit back and enjoy the company of a good book whilst you top up your tan.

Exploring the local area is highly recommended! The local town of Denia is a short drive away, and offers an array of museums, and a small castle, whilst you'll find an array of bars, restaurants and shops within local Javea.
