Only just booked holiday, but all good so far. Phoned for advice, call was answered quickly and query resolved. Booked online and there was an issue with flights not appearing on confirmation. Called again, picked up straight away and advised flights would be added manually on system. They appeared almost immediately with follow up email, so very impressed with service. Looking forward to holiday and receiving additional information from their ‘concierge service’. If the rest of the holiday process is as good as the initial booking, I’ll recommend without hesitation.

Managed to speak to someone quickly and they emailed information promptly and had listened to what I needed so service was good.. spoke to someone different the next day and all the information had been recorded so the conversation was easy . Biggest benefit was talking to a real person and not having to navigate lots of AI conversations /options .
The phone is answered quickly, staff are polite, helpful and knowledgeable. If you have a query they are always happy to help or sort any problems. We would definitely recommend Solmar.

To access the villa there is a path that is 150cm wide along with 10 steps. The front door has a width of 82cm and the other doors that access the pool area are 150cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 150cm wide and the villa grounds are flat. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms on the ground floor have a door width of 60cm. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 60cm wide. FAQs and Cancellations
All villa rental rates include preparation, linen, towels (excluding poolside towels unless stated), pool maintenance, water, electricity, gardening and various levels of cleaning and preparation. For more details on what to expect before, during and after your stay please read our FAQs.
