You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

This delightful villa with roman step pool access is able to accommodate up to six people with a choice of three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
The inside space consists of an appealing living room and air conditioning while offering access to the pool and terrace area. This space is connected to the kitchen area with dining facilities and a laundry room. Two bedrooms feature a double bed, one of them an ensuite and the third bedroom consists of two single beds. Air conditioning is present throughout for your comfort.
Outside, you will find your own pool and built-in BBQ area and alfresco dining under a covered terrace for those warmer days. Parking is available at the villa.
Nearby is the popular town of Moraira where you will find all local amenities, whilst the nearest beach is around 2km away.

Paths from the villa to the pool area are 150cm wide and the villa grounds are flat. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms on the ground floor have a door width of 60cm. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 60cm wide.
