You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Say Hola to Casa Sa Punta Negra! Looking down right onto a sandy beach and boasting amazing sea views, this villa really is stunning. This villa gives off a vineyard and farmhouse vibe, with its evergreen bushes, stone architecture and columns laced with vines. We can’t get enough of the magnificent covered terrace at the side of the property. This space is without a doubt where you get the best views of the Mediterranean, whilst relaxing on the garden sofa, shaded from the sun and enjoying a glass of local wine or two. For your alfresco dining needs, there’s a gas BBQ and dining table for tapas lunches or evening BBQs.
Inside, the villa is traditional, with splashes of pastel colours throughout, ancestral furnishings and wooden kitchen units. Ideal for larger bookings of up to eight guests, this villa features four bedrooms, three bathrooms and two seating areas, giving everyone their own space on their holiday in the sun. Be sure to bag one of the double bedrooms, as two feature their own balcony terraces boasting even more fabulous sea views.
On exiting the villa, you can follow a path that leads you directly to the beach, ideal for those who love to top up their tan whilst sitting by the waves.
