You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

This villa is in a hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 65cm wide alongside 16 steps, there is also a ramp leading to the front door. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 148cm wide. The path leading to the terrace is 70cm wide and made of cobblestone, and uneven. There is one 1 step or 2 shallow steps down from the covered terrace to the lawn/pool area. This can be seen in the images. The pool requires step access and is surrounded by lawn. Inside, from the hallway to the kitchen there are 3 steps. From the dining room to the living room there are another 3 steps down. In the bedrooms, there are steps ranging from 1-2 steps. Bedroom 1 has a door width of 65cm, whilst the ensuite has a door width of 62cm.
