You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

The ground floor is bright, home to a comfortable living and dining area with a television and direct access to the suntrap terrace. With everything from a dishwasher to microwave, the kitchen is fully equipped with the latest appliances. Upstairs, the balcony provides views of Spain’s lush green rugged landscape.

The area where the villa is situated is hilly and mountainous. To access the villa there is a path which is 146cm wide, leading to 28 steps to the front door, the front door is 83cm wide. The lounge door is 200cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 170cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 104cm wide, the path to the pool is 90cm wide. The pool/terrace grounds are uneven, the garden is set over multiple levels with steps to access. The pool has steps. There is 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom on the ground floor level, the bedroom door is 80cm wide and the bathroom door is 80cm wide, it is an ensuite shower room. There are 20 steps leading to the first floor level, on this level there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedroom doors are 80cm wide, the bathroom doors are 80cm wide. It is an ensuite bathroom and a separate shower room.
