You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

Villa Vista Mar Megin Overview
This delightful four-bedroom villa rests on a hillside of pine trees and palms, near to the village of Tamariu on the Costa Brava. With a chic, contemporary design, it is the perfect upmarket abode for up to eight adults.
The villa itself is set on two levels with private patios on both floors, facing out over the beautiful landscape of the neighbouring hills. Steps lead down from the property to an appealing pool area with a private swimming pool and lots of bordering sun loungers. Elevated in line with the villa, is an alfresco dining area which takes full advantage of the gorgeous view. Serve up some tapas and sangria in the sun.
Inside, the contemporary feeling continues with glossy floor tiles, white décor and modern furniture. There is plenty of space for entertaining, with two indoor dining tables and a large lounge. There is a fully equipped kitchen for those who want to attempt some of Spain’s tasty cuisine. Three of the four bedrooms offer beautiful views to wake up to and there are three bathrooms to share.
Only a ten-minute stroll downhill brings you to the pretty seaside village of Tamariu, with its stunning bays and coves to explore.

This villa is in a hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 90cm wide alongside 41 steps. The front door has a width of 73cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 105cm wide. The house is built on the side of a hill. Therefore there are lots of steps throughout the property. As can be seen in the images, the terrace is a mixture of tiles and grass, however, access to the pool is via a number of steps. The double bedroom and ensuite on the ground floor have a door width of 65cm. The door into the lounge is 77cm wide, whilst the kitchen door is 83cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
