You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.

Access to the entrance is via a small staircase that leads upwards. Arlette is a detached villa that boasts a private pool. Upon entering the house through the front door, you will discover a spacious living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a dining room, four bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The interior of Arlette is tastefully decorated in a modern style and is meticulously maintained. The abundance of natural light enhances the contemporary ambiance, while the villa offers splendid views of the Mediterranean Sea. The swimming pool is located on the side of the villa and can be accessed through the terrace, providing a perfect spot to bask in the sun and embrace the Spanish way of life. Additionally, Arlette features a fixed stone barbecue and cooking facilities.

The area where the villa is situated is hilly and mountainous. To access the villa there is a path which is 85cm wide, there are 25 steps to the front door, the front door is 85cm wide. The lounge door is 90cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 90cm wide, there are 3 steps down from the kitchen to the lounge. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 90cm wide, the path to the pool is 90cm wide. The pool/terrace grounds are uneven. The pool has steps. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms on the ground floor level, the bedroom door is 68cm wide and the bathroom door is 69cm wide, it is a separate shower room.
