Please note, this villa is in Calahonda Hills, which is a slightly hilly area. To access the villa there is a path which is 158cm wide, and has 5 steps. The front door has a width of 82cm and the other doors that accesses the pool area is the back door which is 100cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 121cm wide and the grounds are on different levels. From the front door there are 22 steps down to the pool/games room which is on the lower ground floor of the villa. There are 6 steps from the outdoor dining area to the garden. All the bedrooms have a door width of 70cm and all the bathrooms have a door width of 59cm. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 80cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 130cm. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
