You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

The lovely Villa Auspana is a ground-floor property located in the heart of Calahonda. This stylish villa is great for guests looking for a comfortable stay within walking distance of all the amenities. Found in the same residential street as our Villa Ciara this great quality villa offers all mod cons including fibre optic WI-FI, a Bluetooth speaker, and a smart TV with many popular English channels.
The light and airy open-plan kitchen and lounge area features patio doors leading out to a comfortable well-furnished poolside terrace. No doubt, this gorgeous outside space is where you'll be spending most of your time, soaking up the rays and enjoying a homemade cocktail or two. The owners have provided an outdoor fridge and plastic glasses so you can enjoy your tipples outside. There are relaxing sun loungers for you to top up your tan, alternatively, grab a spot of shade under one of the parasols. For the ultimate alfresco cooking experience, there's a large gas BBQ adjacent to the outdoor dining area, great for cooking up a storm.
With three modern bedrooms, this cosy villa is ideal for up to six guests, all with cool air conditioning and a ceiling fan each. The master bedroom has a private ensuite, whilst the remaining two bedrooms share a family shower room.
As an extra something special, this villa has a saltwater pool, comes with complimentary pool towels, and has off-road parking for two cars.

To access the villa there is a path which is 95cm wide, and has 1 step. The front door has a width of 80cm and the other doors that accesses the pool area is the back door which is 90cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 200cm wide and the grounds are flat. All the bedrooms have a door width of 70cm and all the bathrooms have a door width of 70cm. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 129cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 129cm.
