There is shade from ancient towering pines, lush lawns, exotic flowers and a variety of fruit trees for your enjoyment and the private pathway through the pines from behind the villa that leads directly down to the beach. The expansive property offers various comfortably furnished terraces, a gas BBQ, football on the lawn and a large jacuzzi* next to the 8 x 5m pool (heated*) ensuring there is something for everyone to enjoy the all important alfresco living.

Inside the villa it’s all in the details and the owner has gone out of his way to think of all the little things that help ensure a wonderful holiday. In the main house the fully equipped double oven kitchen with a large island is a chefs dream with an adjoining utility room with washing machine and dryer for your convenience. The tastefully furnished open plan lounge/dining room with a 80 Inch TV with plenty of English channels, then leads out to the pool terrace.

Two of the double bedrooms, all with ample top quality beds and linens, have en-suite bathrooms, the other 2 doubles share a large shower room. All are equipped with TVs, air conditioning and plenty of storage. The 5th equally beautiful double bedroom, is found in an independent self contained annex entered from the garden.

Exploring the local surroundings is great from this villa too, this out-of-the-way cul-de-sac enables you to reach amenities such as the large supermarket, a handful of restaurants, the golden sandy beach, and bars within walking distance. The villa is on one level, however there are multiple steps throughout the villa. To access the villa there is a path which is 184cm wide, leading to the front door which is 135cm wide. There is also a ramp leading to the front door. The lounge door is 170cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 78cm wide, there are 3 steps down from the dining room to the lounge area. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 70cm wide, there are 3 steps down to the pool, the path leading to the pool area is 126cm wide. There are 10 steps to the annex and 14 steps from the pool to the garden. The grassy areas are on a slope. There are 3 steps from the pool to the BBQ area.
