You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

This charming two storey property is located in Mijas Costa. Set back from the road, accessed via a private drive, enter this villa on the ground floor where you will find an airy lounge with direct access to a covered terrace, next is a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, both with access to the terrace, on this level you will also find bedroom one, and one family bathroom. Stairs lead to the first floor where you will find two further bedrooms and a shared family bathroom.

Outside on the covered terrace you can enjoy alfresco dining and a brick-built BBQ, through a gate you will find the real gem of this property, which is the glistening pool, surrounded by sun loungers you can really enjoy this sun-soaked island. A car is recommended, where you can take a drive and find numerous restaurants, shops and a golden sandy beach.

To access the villa there is a path which is 174cm wide, and has 17 steps. The front door has a width of 88cm and the other doors that accesses the pool area is the back door which is 120cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 200cm wide and the grounds are flat, just 1 step into the pool/ garden area. All the bedrooms have a door width of 69cm and all the bathrooms have a door width of 60cm. There are 6 steps leading to the master and ensuite to the mezzanine level and a further 10 steps to the main first floor.
