To access the villa there is a path which is 185cm wide, and has 2 steps. The front door has a width of 135cm and the other doors that accesses the pool area is the back door which is 165cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 500cm wide and the grounds are mainly flat. There is a 15cm step from the living area to the pool, the pool also has a 4cm lip around it. All the bedrooms have a door width of 70cm and all the bathrooms have a door width of 60cm.
