Villa Bella Evi is a marvellous central villa set within the centre of popular destination Kalkan and has been specially designed to ensure the comfort and awe factor of its guests.

This detached villa is designed over three levels offering five bedrooms all with their own ensuite bathroom and the master bedroom on the 2nd floor boasts an outside whirlpool on a large balcony with expansive views of Kalamar Bay. The ground floor is open-planned with a modern fully equipped kitchen, dining table by the patio doors, and a living area with comfortable seating. All rooms are air-conditioned and WiFi is available throughout the villa.

Outside you have your own private infinity-designed swimming pool, a lawned garden, and plenty of comfortable seating in the shade for those wanting to escape the sun. Alfresco dining is designed into the villa complete with BBQ for those wanting to dine under the stars. Villa Bella Evi is also the perfect villa choice for customers not wanting to drive whilst on holiday as the charming resort of Kalkan can be reached easily within 10 minute’s walk of the villa.

The area where the villa is situated is fairly hilly and mountainous. To access the villa there is a path that is 10 meters wide, leading to 1 step to the front door, and the front door is 81cm wide. Please note that there is a slight incline to enter and exit the grounds of the property. The lounge and kitchen/dining rooms are open-plan. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door that is 140cm wide, the outside grounds are on several different levels. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps. There are no bedrooms and bathrooms on the ground floor level. There are 18 steps leading to the first floor.
