On the ground floor, you will find the modern and luxuriously designed open-plan kitchen and living area as well as one of the four ensuite bedrooms. On the upper floors, you are greeted by three more ensuite rooms and invited to unwind on the rooftop terrace, the master bedroom also boasts its own whirlpool bath outside on its own private terrace. Outside this modern villa offers plenty of shade, BBQ, and a dining area for lazy days dining alfresco. The stunning infinity-style swimming pool is large enough for the whole party. The busy fishing village of Kalkan is only a 10-minute walk from Villa Figan with its charming cobble-stoned streets down by the shoreline.
