You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

Within close walking distance to the stunning resort centre of Kalkan, Villa Simena offers up to 8 guests a fantastic stay.

Enter on the ground floor where you'll find comfortable furnishings within a bright and welcoming space. Natural materials and pops of colour contrast the crisp white walls surrounding you. The lounge has cosy seating, tropical decoration and a beautiful glass fireplace. From here head downstairs to the large living space comprised of a further lounge with a TV and a fully fitted kitchen. Both the kitchen and lounge have large glass doors leading onto the pool terrace and are air-conditioned to ensure you stay cool. Also on this level are two of the bedrooms, both with air conditioning and ensuite facilities. Back up on the first floor, you'll find the air-conditioned main suite with a double bed, whirlpool bath, dressing area, TV, and private terrace. On the second floor, is a further double bedroom with ensuite facilities and access to the private roof terrace.

The outdoor spaces at Villa Simena are excellent, from each level you can access a balcony or terrace to make the most of the warm weather. Dining tables offer alfresco dining opportunities and the portable bbq is ideal for each anywhere you'd like. Around the pool area, you'll find sun loungers with parasols, cosy bean chairs, and even a mini tennis table.

When it's time to get out and explore, just 200m brings you to the centre of the action. Discover authentic dining from all over Turkey as well as international cuisines, alongside bars and shops. There are many choices around for doing an essentials shop with many stores staying open until late.
