Set in a winding driveway shaded by majestic oak trees, as you step inside, you are greeted by a spacious foyer leading to a large living room. With its beachy driftwood furnishings, plush sectional sofa, and sleek flat-screen TV, it's all set up for family movie nights after a busy day at the beach. The open-plan kitchen is a chef's paradise, with glossy cabinetry, granite countertops, and top-of-the-line appliances. Tuck into any culinary creations in the elegant dining room or under the Florida sunshine at the outdoor dining table. The family room is equally impressive, with contemporary furnishings, a snug fireplace, and a large wall-mounted TV. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed, a large walk-in shower with multiple showerheads, and a private deck with views over the glorious gardens. There are four more bedrooms on this level, making it the perfect escape for a large family to unwind together.
Step outside to your own slice of paradise, with a wide terrace that sits directly under the sizzling Florida sunshine and plenty of sun loungers to top up the tan. The glistening pool is free-flowing and makes for refreshing afternoon swims, while the long dock leads out to Lemon Bay, where you can rent a boat* and go on a coastal exploration. Perched on the chalky-white sands of Manasota Beach, you’re just a short hop from the beach here. Dip your toes in the sand or jump on a kayak for some coastal exploration. Next door is the charming town of Venice, with seafood shacks, upscale restaurants, ice cream parlours, and boutique shops spilling over the historical Main Street.

One of the least crowded beaches in Sarasota County, stretch out with your toes in the sand and beachcomb for a few fossilised treasures. Transition from sunbathing to the water by jumping on a paddleboard or kayak, where a little coastal exploration will get you up close to turtles and dolphins. Next door is the charming town of Venice, with seafood shacks and upscale restaurants delivering fresh fish from the sea straight to your plate. The historic Main Street is bustling with life, where afternoons are spent browsing boutiques or antique stores, followed by a stop for coffee or ice cream at a quaint café.
