Important Update on Royal Decree 933/2021 - Register of Travellers
We would like to inform you that we have been made aware of the implementation of Royal Decree 933/2021 regarding the Register of Travellers, which came into effect on December 2, 2024. These new regulations apply to all tourist accommodation in Spain, including villas.
At Solmar Villas, we have been diligently working to ensure that all mandatory information can be provided to you promptly. We appreciate your patience as we update our systems to accommodate these changes.
We are currently in the process of collecting necessary data from our customers to comply with the following mandatory fields:

Payment type - We recommend you choose 'Transfer' as we make all payments by Bank transfer

If you currently receive APIS reports from us, please be assured that these will be updated as we receive the necessary information from our guests.
Should you provide us with a link to your preferred "Guest Registration Provider," we will ensure that this link is used and completed as required.
For 2025, we will be partnering with our own Guest Registration Provider, who will handle the collection and direct transfer of all APIS data to the Spanish Ministry of the Interior on behalf of Solmar Villas.
